At MACS, we specialize in handling challenging animals. Using calm and assertive energy, paired with patience and commitment, we are able to change the grooming experience from a negative to a positive one for a typically challenging pet.
Our staff members are trained in Animal Psychology and TTOUCH Massage to aid in the relaxation of your pet and maintain a safe environment. We offer Relaxation Grooming as well as Behavioural Grooming to satisfy all your grooming needs.

- Massage & Relaxation Grooming – For pets that have been previously traumatized by the grooming experience.
Available for Cats, Dogs, and Rodents
- Behavioural Grooming – For pets that have been rejected by other Grooming Establishments due to aggressive behaviours.

MACS will never use muzzles or sedatives on your pets. Your pet will never feel any pain or discomfort while being groomed.
